the area
elwood is a leafy, laid-back beachside suburb of art-deco apartments and quiet streets: elwood beach and the foreshore, the ormond road cafes, the elwood canal and the point ormond lookout are all close, and it is a short ride up the bay to st kilda with the melbourne cbd roughly 8 kilometres away by tram and bus.
most of what you need is a short walk or ride away, so plenty of our tenants find they get by without a car at all. trams and buses connect you across bayside and into the city, and the foreshore path is made for morning walks and weekend rides along the water.
