What sort of properties does Easy Living Melbourne offer?
We offer a range of fully furnished self contained apartments and houses suitable for individuals and groups. The self contained properties are suitable for groups of friends, fellow students, work colleagues or families who wish to stay together in their own fully private apartment or house.
Our private properties range in size from studios suitable for 1 or 2 persons to apartments and houses ranging from 1 to 9 bedrooms catering to groups of up to 14 persons.
We also offer a range of shared housing comprising of single, twin/double and triple share occupancy rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and common areas.
Where are Easy Living Melbourne properties located?
Our properties are located in the highly sought after, vibrant and exciting beach side suburb of St Kilda – a jewel by the sea that attracts visitors from every part of Melbourne, Australia and from all over the world.
It’s close proximity to the city, exceptional public transport, culinary delights, shopping, endless entertainment options, beach life and street culture make St Kilda by far Melbourne’s most desirable location to stay.
Who are our tenants?
Our tenants comprise of groups or individuals looking for affordable, quality medium term fully furnished accommodation in premiere Melbourne locations.
The majority of our tenants are here on Working Holiday Visas or International Student Visas and generally intend to stay in Melbourne between 4 and 8 months while working or completing their studies either alone or with a group of friends.
Other tenants are Overseas Professionals in Melbourne on work contracts of various lengths who are looking for quality but affordable accommodation for themselves and their work colleagues.
Our properties and leasing arrangements are set up to cater to the requirements and needs of these groups.
We specialise in catering to groups of friends, fellow students or work colleagues who wish to find a private, self contained property suitable for their group requirements.
We can cater to any groups ranging from 2 to 12 persons.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?
Generally the minimum stay is one month, however, many of our properties have longer minimum stay requirements, depending on the property and time of year.
There is no maximum term. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.
Generally our properties cater to medium term stays with our tenants typically enjoying our hospitality for an average period of 4 to 6 months or longer.

What is included in the rent?
The properties are leased fully furnished and equipped.
Unlimited Wi-Fi internet and Foxtel Sports and Entertainment package are included.
Some or all utilities (gas, electricity and water) may also be included with certain properties.
A full team of housekeeping, maintenance and support staff to make your tenancy smooth and comfortable.
How do I go about renting a property?
Contact us with your rental request. You can call us, text us or email us through the enquiry or application form on this website.
One of our leasing officers will answer your enquiry and help to identify the best possible accommodation option available to suit your specific needs.
We will then organise a personal property inspection. Inspections can be organised within as little as one hour of your enquiry.
If you decide that you would like to rent a property, the application and lease process is fast and simple. There are no special checks or references required.
The enquiry, application and rental process is simple and seamless – meaning that we can have you living in your new home within a matter of hours.
What sort of lease agreement will I be getting?
All our properties are leased under a formal Victorian Government Residential Tenancies Lease Agreement. This ensures that our tenants are protected by the tenant rights afforded by Victorian Residential Tenancy Laws.

Do I have to pay a bond?
Yes bond in accordance with the Victorian Residential Tenancies Law will need to be paid.
We may be able to make special payment arrangements for the payment of the bond by way of instalments to suit our tenant’s special financial requirements.
Once your bond is paid in full it will be lodged for safekeeping with a government agency called the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority. Following the end of your lease a bond refund will be processed.
What is the policy on pets?
This will vary on a property by property basis.
As a rule, any property which has a private courtyard can accommodate pets.
